However, due to the bespoke nature of our the prints, where you upload your own image or work with us for a design, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect design choices once the order is placed.
This aligns with Australian Consumer Law, which states that custom-made goods are exempt from the right to return unless they are faulty or do not match the description provided.
